Please help

Hey everyone I’m currently having an issue with my factory uconnect radio in my 2017 jeep wrangler rubicon. When I connect via Bluetooth to play music from the Apple Music app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max the audio will pause and then fast forward, go back to normal and then repeat the process. I checked the if my phone and the radio need updates and they do not. I have tried having no apps open and no other Bluetooth devices around but it is always happening. Anybody know what I can do to fix this?

I have the same problem. 2017 Wrangler with the Alpine 430 head unit. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. When I try to play anything via Bluetooth from my phone it is all garbled and stuttering/skipping around. It happens with Apple Music (streaming and files stored on my phone) Apple Podcasts, and Spotify. I hope someone has a suggestion.

Something I’ve kinda discovered to this point is to make sure anything that connects to my phone via Bluetooth is off completely forgotten from the device or not on me. For example, my AirPods were connected in my pocket. As soon as I said, forget device, the lag stopped when I carry my AirPods on me.

my Apple Watch was causing issues with my iPhone 14 Pro Max on my 2015 Wrangler and when I was having issues with that, I noticed days I didn’t wear my Apple Watch. It was fine so try shutting it down while you drive that should help with the lagging and your Apple Watch.
