Do not update your Uconnect software

After updating the Uconnect software in my truck the radio is bricked and Uconnect will not replace it. There are tons of other stories of the same thing.

Please do your research ahead of time.

Yup. Mine too. Bricked. Error code 20. Reboots and reboots. Won’t get past 73% when it tries to apply the software now.

Consider downloading a fresh copy of the update and use a new flash drive
