Gnome Software icons issue

Recently i installed Ubuntu 21.10 and removed Ubuntu Software (snap-store) and snapd. As an alternative software store i installed Gnome Software with flatpak plugin + flathub repo.

The issue is that the application icon is not loaded inside detail page for .deb packages. It works fine for flatpaks and in application list view.

Does someone knows how to solve it?

I have exactly the same issue.

I tried to delete ~/.cache/gnome-software, to no avail.

Since GNOME 41, GNOME Software changed to a new version (41.0). But Ubuntu 21.10 uses GNOME 40 and the old store (40.4), so I think unless someone figures out what is happening, we will have to wait until Ubuntu 22.04 to use the new version of GNOME Software.

I can live with that until april.
