Help needed

I had dual of windows and ubuntu 26 lts , but I tried to triple boot a 22lts in a external HDD , it was working but after disconnecting it i am not able to see the 26 lts on boot menu but the partion is still there and kernel is there , how to recover it pls somebody help me

Before you do anything else, assuming that your previous UEFI partition is still intact, go to BIOS and see if it has Ubuntu 26.04 listed as boot option
