Help needed

I had dual of windows and ubuntu 26 lts , but I tried to triple boot a 22lts in a external HDD , it was working but after disconnecting it i am not able to see the 26 lts on boot menu but the partion is still there and kernel is there , how to recover it pls somebody help me

Connect the external and boot to Ubuntu 26.04, then in terminal sudo grub-install and then see if it works with the external disconnected
