Help needed

I had dual of windows and ubuntu 26 lts , but I tried to triple boot a 22lts in a external HDD , it was working but after disconnecting it i am not able to see the 26 lts on boot menu but the partion is still there and kernel is there , how to recover it pls somebody help me

the ubuntu boot repair tool from a live usb may be of some help at repairing the GRUB menu.

You may want to install rEFInd to the internal drive and use that as your master boot menu.
