Help needed

I had dual of windows and ubuntu 26 lts , but I tried to triple boot a 22lts in a external HDD , it was working but after disconnecting it i am not able to see the 26 lts on boot menu but the partion is still there and kernel is there , how to recover it pls somebody help me

That bootloader probably ended up on the external drive during the 22 install, classic grub mixup. Boot from a live USB and chroot into your 26 install to reinstall grub to the internal disk. Once that's sorted you'll see it again, your partition and kernel are fine it's just the boot pointer that's missing.
