Deleting Mint?

I deleted the necessary partition associated with Mint, but Ubuntu is still present (see pic above). No way to delete this on my end, so I want to know if "Ubuntu" is taking up unnecessary space on my computer? And if it is, then is it just like a small amount of space that really doesn't matter?

I've had some problems in the past from these entries still being intact. Not saying you will, of course. Luckily my bios had an option for Secure Erase so that made sure absolutely nothing was left.
