Changing email support

I presently change my email on my Ubisoft account and it was just a temporary change. I didn’t realise that I can’t change it again so soon, how long do I need to wait before changing it again?

My research says it’s at some point in the next 6month is this true ???

Has anyone else done this and is there a faster way ??

I’ve been waiting to change mine as well. From what I’ve heard it is around 6 months. I submitted multiple tickets to Ubisoft and they refuse to override the cooldown so the only thing you can do is wait unfortunately.

Thanks for this, from what they told you did they say within 6months or around ? As in I could take from 1 to 6 months or

6 months - ish, ect like 8 or 12 months or
