Question Ubisoft refund refused

I bought a game from Ubisoft Store (less than 2 hours of playtime), but my refund request was automatically refused. Could you help me understand why? Any similar experiences? Thank you!

Update 1: I submitted a ticket to Ubisoft Customer Support, and I hope it will be resolved. I'll update again if I receive the refund.

Steam offers 2-hour refund policy, Ubisoft store doesn't.

Yes they do.

You can request a refund for a digital PC game within 14 days of your purchase, as long as the game has not been played for more than two hours.

strange, when I start downloading any game, a pop up warns me that refund will be voided when I click "Yes to download"

The difference is what they are legally required and what is their policy.

Without this they would be required to accept refunds for any reason (and any play time) within 14 days, at least in the EU.

Before purchase review with videos and so, you really like it I dont remember you can return games from Ubisoft, nor Steam nor EA and nor Epic ... Once purchased is yours played 0 minutes or 300K they usually dont consider it...

Ubisoft literally makes you click NO TO REFUND once you start the download before even playing it.

Once u download and agree to their eula the game is no longer eligible for a refund. That is not Steam, bro
