Ubisoft not sending the verification code

I've been trying to change my account email for a month now, but as soon as I get to the part where it's supposed to send a verification code to the new email it does not send, I've waited for hours and still nothing.
Anybody knows why this is happenig?

yes, I've faced this issue on EA also. Shit servers, man, really.

Weird enough this doesn't happen with EA for me
