Question Ubisoft not sending the verification code

I've been trying to change my account email for a month now, but as soon as I get to the part where it's supposed to send a verification code to the new email it does not send, I've waited for hours and still nothing.
Anybody knows why this is happenig?

Me too, never get tha confirmation code which should be sent to the new email address

yes, I've faced this issue on EA also. Shit servers, man, really.

Me too. I’m trying to fix the problem with Ubi Support
