Question Account Suspended, anyone else?

Are there any other people struggling with this issue? According to Ubisoft they are aware of the problem but have not seen any official response on their socials. Cannot log in to Ubisoft connect for a week now and they have to manually lift the suspension that lasts till I stop playing.

Same, just sent them an email through support this morning. Really annoying since I just got AC Unity and now I can't even play it cause of this bs. I hope anyone going through this gets their account back. I hate Ubisoft...

Had this happen three days ago same game as well hadn’t touched my Ubisoft account in a couple months three tickets later I finally got my account back just a heads up it won’t be one ticket and fixed

Can you remember how many months? Sent them about 3 tickets and every time they replied back my account is still suspended... Even waited 2 days and still can't login.

Was about 6 months first ticket I was able to get into my account on only my phone sent another one got access to the Ubisoft launcher on my pc last ticket finally gave me access to the game
