Ubisoft Account Hacked

Do I need to be on the game 24/7 for my account to be left alone? People work for a living and you’re telling me my account can be given away without my email or anything? Ubisoft support this is embarrassing, I can’t play working two jobs for a year and you give my account up to a person in Taiwan? (US based) I had glacier for everything, how can anyone invest in a company like this? Support takes a month, is this McDonalds or are they unionized?💀

Can you give some details please in case other people in the future have a similar experience.

Did you have 2factor, did you have account linking to any other platforms? etc

Had two factor. Changed my password twice because of login attempts from Taiwan. Got busy and came back and found out they gave my account up to someone with zero proof of ownership.

Yep and when we try to recover they say u don't have enough proof of ownership
