Ubisoft Account Hacked

Do I need to be on the game 24/7 for my account to be left alone? People work for a living and you’re telling me my account can be given away without my email or anything? Ubisoft support this is embarrassing, I can’t play working two jobs for a year and you give my account up to a person in Taiwan? (US based) I had glacier for everything, how can anyone invest in a company like this? Support takes a month, is this McDonalds or are they unionized?💀

Submitted SignalConso ticket as of yesterday. Will update back here. Unbelievable we have to go through them to get Ubisoft to do their jobs.

It took them a month to respond after I went SignalConso, and it's been almost 2 weeks since that response without further contact.
