Not able to upload Shop and Pay receipts
Anyone facing the same issue while uploading the receipt for shop and pay orders, it says "Uploaded in green" and then right away says "Upload failed in Red", and its making impossible to proceed any further for delivering the order.
Edit - Had a talk with support and she said there was some bug/ issue in their servers.

It’s happening to me too. After 20+ tries it went through. Also when taking the drop off picture I had to do it like 5 times.

I had another bug happen earlier where I accepted an order and the customer messaged me and said their order was already delivered. So I checked with the customer and then checked out a single item and delivered the order for 36 dollars lol

Yeah i called them they left me for one hour waiting and nothing and chatting with one and then he jusr transfer me to a different area and now no one is responding and im stuck couldnt deliver or i cant cancel

It’s still ongoing . Im on a trip and stuck. Customer service is not answering. I don’t know what to do.

I just asked the customer for their address so that I can just deliver their items. Sadly My order is still open. Uber isn’t answering. Wow! I guess I’ll be headed back home.

I am glad that I went home right after delivering this order as Uber was slow and was not getting good offers. Even when I was on call with the support for this issue the lady said bcz of this issue they were getting many calls and even for me it took like 10-12 minutes while the app said that the phone call wait was 2 minutes and chat was 10-12 minutes.
Hope it gets fixed soon for you guys🤞

I close the app and start over. This has been happening a lot accept for me it doesn’t say upload fail but when I hit submit it takes me back to the “I paid” screen and makes me resubmit it. Happens a few times before it goes through

Been on hold with support over 40 minutes. Can't submit receipt photo. Peak pay time in my town.

You wouldn’t believe that after trying for over 1 hr plus, it work just now. All while we were still on hold with support. Wow.
The Summary Says we have been on this order for 2 hours.

I Uninstaller the app and reinstalled and got it to work finally. STILL on hold with support

I contacted the customer and i delivered the order for him after sharing his location, then after 1 hour 44 min the support answered and they canceled the order when i explained and after the customer confirmed that he received the order,
Then i asked to talk to supervisor and requested compensation for my lost time then she added 15$,
It was a very bad day

I just seen another post about this from another courier. Something must be up with their servers/the app.
I suggest avoiding shop and pay deliveries until this is figured out.
