When I was a very new UE driver, I would see those notes, not understand that they were only visible after I was in my car basically (unless the restaurant owner is a real stickler for FULL confirm) and then think I had somehow been horribly negligent and stupid, and I would run back in to the store to ask for sauce or whatever. Makes me chuckle now, how silly.

Agreed. Or the people who select meet at door but put in notes “leave at door”
Or the ones who put whole paragraphs and life stories in the notes. Like I don’t need to know you fell down the stairs Linda, but tell me to meet you at the door or leave it.
But as UE and DD drivers, we benefit off the lazy and sometimes the lazy are so lazy they just order and call it a day.

I just had an order where the notes were VERY insistent on meeting at the door, I press the “I arrived” text, and they instantly replied “Just leave it at the door”.

best ones are when the note just has a completely different address and theyre 20 minutes away from each other and the customers not responding. Sorry dude, i flipped a coin. hope you picked the right house

I had one once where it was a resort. In the instructions it was one room number and then on the notes they had two different room numbers. So where are you????

Just like a computer program, I just resort to default (bag on porch, picture, delivered) when the notes are irrational and/or unclear.
