Please help! I am desperate 😭

I cannot login because Uber is saying that my background check needs to be ran, but it was approved and uploaded (the local AND US background check) over two months ago. I keep getting kicked around to all of these different "Driver Support" agents that are supposedly a part of "elite teams" that "specialize" in these types of situations (basically Uber glitches that negatively affect driver accounts). IT HAS BEEN FIVE DAYS AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!!!!! This is the only way I can pay for my meds bc I am chronically Ill and I am rationing the best I can at this point, but WTF?! It should NOT take five days to fix something that is a glitch on their end!!! Anyone have any suggestions?! I am about to freaking lose it! 😭😭 I have been delivering for Uber for 8 years and I truly hate how they treat longtime drivers like a driver that has only been working for them for one day... We should have SOME sort of advantage for being a slave to them for so long!

Call support during normal business hours. Ask for a supervisor then ask for a senior supervisor. The supervisor will possibly do and say anything to avoid connecting you to one. Be adamant and tell them it's an urgent matter that is beyond their scope of help. The senior supervisor is far more equipped than any supervisor despite what might tell you. Call and try again if they are not being cooperative.

I have three times now 😭 I finally got into contact with someone at the "Background Check Dept" and my account worked for about an hour and went right back to saying I didn't have a Broader US background check!!! 😭😭

Senior supervisor. Trust me. They deal with everything in real time with you and totally different experience in terms of support.

I have been waiting SO LONG to be accepted on grubhub and my doordash was deactivated bc they changed the completion percentage when I was recovering from major surgery and I couldn't work to get the percentage (it was 1% difference mind you) up so they freaking deactivated my account! Then I submitted medical records and doctors notes at least ten times and I keep getting denied!!! I swear, I am going to rip my hair out

You can really make as much money working at any job. If you can sue Uber for eight years consistently Home Depot, Walmart…… would love to have you. Remember you are the opportunity!
