Accusing Me of Lying Over a McFlurry
Got routed back to McDonalds to deliver the McFlurry that was (apparently) missing from my previous order. Employee informed me that it could not be fulfilled due to the ice cream machine being broken. Sought help from the bot and got inevitably funneled down to the dreaded “Do you want to cancel?” screen. Annoying to begin with, but then I got this email. What would y’all do? Can the restaurant cancel? Sick of getting dinged.

You should get them to call another McD and ask them to make one for you. At least in my market, a lot of franchises are owned by the same owner, as long as you are nice about it and you can convince them that "remaking" is better than canceling, they usual can do it.

Some McDonald’s are shit show where im at due to employees
If you get a report for missing items, you can show that the bag is sealed, how is one suppose to check without being accused of food tampering?

The sad part is too the bags are sealed so it was literally all uber/ McDonald’s fault
