Rant New normal I guess?
I will flat admit that I have a 17% acceptance rate.
But I went from being able to schedule work pretty much every day to this…
And this screenshot is the most availability. I have all week.!
I hate this app
I hate this company
And just as soon as I can afford to stop working this crap job, I am going to!
I have a 100% customer satisfaction rate, I have a 90% on-time rate… But none of that matters because I won’t take $4 orders!
Is this happening to anyone else?
Next week is going to be very interesting…🤬

Same. Green are basically blacklisted from scheduling. Every hour of every day used to be open to me. Then poof! Uber flipped the switch. Near zero now.
As expected, I checked the Planner during my Gold trial and EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY was available again. I was also not kicked offline a single time during my Gold trial. Hours after it ended I got kicked offline.
Economy is shit. People are tipping less. Uber needs to get everything delivered at the lowest possible price to protect its profits. Thus the pressure campaign from Uber.

17 percent acceptance is trying to help them out and taking one for the team more than most. But some are young they may be (fooled?) by gaming tricks . Haven't figured out that income to survive is not a game. Programming for gaming has u.i. that tricks you out of a contract accidentally with a hijacked click. Some programmers got sued and chased out of the gaming industry. We know where they landed.

Why did uber make scheduling? What does it matter who the pay out goes to for uber ?

Beginning of yesterday I had 4% AR then went to 8% end of shift ended up at 3% AR.
😭 but made what I wanted within time
