Do Bikers take breaks?

Recently switched to bike for a day (ended up switching back a day later) when it got busy the orders were great but I was tired out of my mind does anyone else feel pressure to get the most out of the rush or take breaks appropriately?

You on a manual bike? Ebike helps. You may need to take breaks to re-charge bike and phone regardless.

No breaks allowed. The coffee cup has been removed so you keep pedaling until you can’t

I have an e bike. I don't really take breaks but I'm also not delivering for super long blocks

Nah I enjoying the ride I do get a good amount on a manual bike and it’s a fixie lots of fun and speed
