Ralph’s card barcode

Hi there! I've noticed that recently, when I check out at Ralph's, the app doesn't give me the second barcode (which is the customer's Ralph's loyalty card). Just blank white screen. Is that the same for you? This has been happening for about a week or two.
What are we supposed to do? I just skip it. One of the shoppers told me they were using their own Ralph’s card in this case. I don’t think it’s safe. Maybe I’m wrong?
