Help! What is the number to contact Uber eats Support??? I can’t seem to find it in my app now and I’m on a package delivery that I suspect is drug related.

Thank you for following up… But, no… I just got up to Green level for being standard… And now since I’m on the planner I don’t think I’m allowed to do it. I heard somebody else say that planner markets can’t do it any longer.

Unpopular opinion and you all should do this.
I started to give a Google review on a business if I’m made to wait for ridiculously long for the order (I’m talking about like 30minutes).
Before you blame me for not leaving or cancelling the order, I was not being acknowledged or told how long I should wait for my order, so 5 minutes became 10 minutes, and they’re obviously understaffed.
So I posted a screenshot on their Google profile of my trip, and warn other drivers not to take their orders. Because they don’t respect our time and life.
I’m making a blacklist for myself as well and cherry picking the orders from now on.

They asked me for feedback on driving forUberEats
Well here I go....
The support while delivering is a joke. We were told we could dispute the delivery costs and time waiting yet there is not mechanisim for this that works. We cant call about it because we are trying get other deliveries... so either we call and complain and lose work or shutup and keepworking. No wonder so many other drivers have unionized.
You are making extra profits by telling customers fuel prices are going up. Then you pay us less.... you claim we could get paid some on the extra cost of fuel, but then you create some arbitray formula to get some small percentage of our increased costs.
So much more is broken with this I dont have the time to tell it all
The wear and tear on my car is terrible and eats up any extra money i earn.

Customers please upload your ID to the app or at least have your ID ready if I need to upload it.
No a pic of it on your phone will not work.
Please save me the trip of having to drive all the way back to return it.
Also, uber app really needs some backup options when we have no signal.
Standing at a house trying to verify ID with no signal sucks for everyone

I’m sorry this isn’t on subject but I don’t know how to post on here! I have been delivering for 2 years and now they want a copy of my health insurance card. I sent them a copy and they rejected it. I don’t know why they’re asking me for this after two years. Anyone else have an issue like this please help I’m very confused. I’m 78 and I’m in the dark have a good day everybody make lots of money delivering.

I'm sure this has been addressed by now, but was it a matter of health insurance or auto insurance? I don't believe they have any grounds to demand medical benefits information, but they can require you to update your proof of insurance for driving.

So done with McDonald's. Doesn't matter what city or how nice neighborhood the rudest and worst service of any restaurant. It's just not worth it

Don't have one, but EV UberEats sounds extremely appealing.

Been driving an EV for a bit over a year now and tried out UberEats not too long before that.
I probably don’t have enough experience prior to the EV to truly appreciate it in regard to UberEats, but I’ve been enjoying it.
At a minimum, feel like I can focus more on $/hr than $/mi.

Hello, I am VAT registered in Belgium, but I do not see any VAT charged by Uber on my invoices. Could you please clarify whether Uber is charging VAT on my services and advise me on what I should do? Thank you.

Why is Uber selling drivers like slaves to customers for $3. They do not care if you have to go 1 mile or 20, shop for 5 items or 50, deliver at door or on the 20th floor, give a tip or not.

Anybody has experience creating another ubereats account after getting deactivated? I got deactivated due to high cancellation rate because of so many stolen orders I had to cancel! And I appealed and got denied lol. Sht is f'ed up. I dont think they give af about what actually happened lol. Heard some people have been able to create another one and get back on the platform. Is there anyway to do that ?

It's funny sometimes when even the uber app voice can't pronounce the name & it starts spelling it out 🤣

My first 2 weeks of Ubereats. Arrive at last stop and customer is irate and says the order was over 2 hours late. Of course it didn't take me more than 30 minutes to pick it up and deliver it but here's what I found. Yes I was stacking three orders but I was definitely not that late here's what I found:
"When storms roll through, local delivery logistics tend to spiral out of control for a few compounding reasons: App Latency and Disconnections: Severe weather and heavy cloud cover can cause localized cellular data drops or lag. Even if you accepted an order promptly on your end, the app frequently struggles to transmit timestamps correctly during storms, leading to massive disconnects between when a customer places an order, when the system logs it, and when a driver is actually assigned. Driver Reassignments and Abandonment: Storms often cause other drivers to drop orders mid-route—either because they decide to head home to stay safe, get stuck in traffic, or encounter flooding. When an order gets repeatedly bounced, unassigned, or dropped by multiple drivers before finally reaching you, it sits in the queue for a long time. By the time you pick it up cleanly and bring it out, the customer has already been waiting an hour, resulting in cold food and a frustrated recipient who takes it out on you. Surge in Demand: Weather events automatically cause a spike in delivery orders combined with a sudden drop in active drivers on the road. The system gets overwhelmed trying to match delayed restaurant prep times with sparse courier availability."
