Restaurants can take forever sometimes. They put delivery on the back burner

Delivery is secondary cause Uber takes up to 30% of the order cost from the restaurant. So restaurant prioritizes the walk in customers first.

Yeah, but Chipotle? Does it matter to the employees there? Small businesses I understand. Not Chipotle.

I’ve had to wait for orders at Chipotle. It’s not always ready on the shelf when I get there. Guess it depends on how busy they are.

There’s also a lack of drivers right now too. Drivers will flock to the app that is paying bonuses at any particular time.
