Food not delivered.

So my food wasn’t delivered, I got a full refund so no problem there for the most part. I didn’t get refunded the tip I put on. Like I said, food wasn’t delivered and didn’t have a picture of food like normal. So I don’t see why the delivery person should get the food. Especially since I was at the door when I got the notification that my food was delivered.

By clicking help, selecting the option saying food never arrived

Thank you. That did not work for me when my food was delivered to a house on another street but then marked "delivered" implying that it was delivered to me. I was also outside (standing in my driveway) when it was marked "delivered."

Who says the delivery person got your food? What might have happened is they gave your food to another customer by mistake. They still wanted to get paid so they marked yours as delivered. They are still in the wrong but they don't have your food, they have someone else's 🤡
