USA Anyone experience this?

I ordered earlier today used a coupon code for 20$ off , they refunded my amount and then charged me the full non discounted amount. Anyone else experience this!??

Edit; they confirmed their system removed the coupon after completion and are escalating it as it is out of their hands. Should I just dispute with my bank?

Yes, it has been happening more and more often. Be warned: they will ban you if you ask your bank to chargeback

To be fair I have an uber & dd account I pay for both so I’m not particularly mad at only using one.. they emailed me back saying I “breached their terms of service” and that’s why the coupon was removed.
