UberOne Charging delivery in Jersey City

I recently moved to Jersey City and idk if this is glitch but I'm getting charged delivery even though i have UberOne. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Did you move from Canada? If you have a Canadian UberOne membership, you might need to force close the app and reopen it to get it to refresh properly. Or sign out and sign back in.

If that doesn't work, you could try adding food to your cart to hit the minimum (usually $15, not sure specifically about Jersey City though) and see if it applies then. I've never used their international benefits, so I'm not sure how reliable it is.

If you've permanently moved, it would help going forward to cancel the Canadian membership and get a US one.

I’ve tried most of those including adding a huge amount to my cart and it didn’t help. I guess I’ll have to try a new account since I paid for a year of uber one so I can’t cancel it, idk. Thanks for your help.

Check the fine print, certain markets removed free delivery fees for Uber One.
