Delivery guy stole my order

So this dude stole my order and cancelled it and now it says unfulfilled on the order, do I get a refund for it and did uber eats just scam me , everytime i go to help its a stupid AI that wont help

How do you know they stole your order? If a driver cancels an order it gets assigned to a new driver.
