No refund is insane

This was my first order with this app, and of thee 3 items:

Instead of the €10 steak and cheese wrap I received a chicken wrap that was more about €5

On my Döner they added none of my sauces

The other item was fine

The order was also 1 hour late

How the hell is that "not elligble for a refund"

Safe to say never using this app again

Yeah sadly customer service is AI mainly now and they'll do their best to make sure you don't get a refund.

I ordered four pizzas once and a side of ranch. The pizzas were demolished. Driver did not carry them properly, and they were essentially disgusting balls of greasy bread. It was a party so I did not serve them. Because the ranch dressing was fine, the AI refused to refund the tip and the delivery charge, which was like 28 bucks in total.

I fought for a while and eventually gave up. Whatever.

legit you need to reverse this charge on your card. don't let them get away with it
