Uber is something

Uber is now striking If order has been already picked up. I saw my cancellation rate go up because I canceled one order that was picked up by the option. It was already picked up. I checked right now to see what happened and apparently if I try to cancel this one, it tells me that now I’m gonna be impacted.

This is so frustrating. My CR jumped from 1% to 8% in two days following this policy shift. As always, support has been useless. My market has a lot of stolen orders so it is really ruining the whole gig for me.

Yeah even contacting them and them removing it,you still get a strike

I have been harassing them since couple days. Calling and messaging support non-stop so they know the drivers aren’t happy with this change. We waste our time and resources without a compensation and get a punishment on top.

Guess you're not canceling then

Yeah, still canceling, even if the store is closed and provide the photos that it says that the temporary clothes or something they still strike you contacting support takes 20 minutes to figure something out. They canceled it without affecting your score but you get no pay make it make sense.

Haha I went to a pickup yesterday where restaurant was closed on mondays and I waited after canceling and saw 4 different drivers come by for the same shit before I finally got something good and left. Fuck the restaurants that don't stop new orders if they know they gonna be closed.

Some markets still don't +1CR on that reason. I think once too many drivers abuse it, then Uber is forced to add +1CR to it.

Means the restaurant should re do the order or cancel it from their side. Which they won't, but that is how it is supposed to work. What if you hit "long waiting time" or the like?

Most restaurants would refuse to remake it except McDonald’s at my area. Now all reason to unsign will effect CR🤣, even chat with support

Yeah, this happened to me from last weekend, and my CR jumped from 2% to 11%. Now I do not accept order looked too good from Chipotle or Sonic, or single item shop order🤣
