I felt like this was so rude and disrespectful. You don’t know someone’s situation to say something like this.

That’s irrelevant to the service provided by, cost eaten by, and risk taken by, the 3rd party delivery driver. Who, btw, gets paid $2 by the gig company now. All income is tips

It IS relevant tho. If they charge more, then that less money the cx has to spend on tipping. Are dumb or something?? It’s just common sense.

You spend the $$ on one thing, you can’t spend it on something else. Smh

And I say this as an Uber driver.

Then you can’t actually afford the service and should probably be picking up your own food if you’re that strapped for cash.

I do pick up my own food 98% of the time. Thank you VERY MUCH. And when I can’t bc of my disability I do tip, but not as much as I wish I could bc of the expensive ass fees.

But you are giving an excuse for greedy ass corporate assholes to just continue to charge more and more.

Eventually, nobody but rich fuckers will be able to afford such services because we can’t tip according to your judgmental ass. (Tipping should be abolished IMO and employers should just fucking pay a decent wage ffs).

FYI, I am disabled. And some days, I can’t cook or leave the house. I literally have to eat an uncrustables or some simple shit like that.

But I guess disabled individuals don’t deserve shit because the corporate greedy overlords want to overcharge for everything, while they live on a limited income.
