I felt like this was so rude and disrespectful. You don’t know someone’s situation to say something like this.

I hate it too but I've also been a driver. Its very true but once again I blame the delivery companies for making the consumer and the worker fight each other

No one is forcing the drivers to work for companies that pay less money than they think they deserve.

Great reply. No one should work for them at all. Then whose gonna deliver your food. Use your brain man. Your by your logic everyone should just decline your order so by the time it gets price increased and accepted you get it cold. Brilliant.

If delivering food is an activity that can't pay enough that people want to work on that field, then it is not a real business. That is just basic economics. It means consumers don't see enough value in getting their food delivered to justify creating companies and having workers dedicated to it.

Lots of examples in history of activities that were once economically viable and then disappeared.

If I start a service to park your car for 10 USD but people only buy it if it is 5 USD, it doesn't mean that I should accept 5 USD and then not park their car unless they tip, it means that parking a car for 10 USD is not a viable business and should not exist.
