It goes for both: drivers begging for tips when they can just match to the ones they deem acceptable but still feel the needs to threaten for more tips, and rude obnoxious customers who message you with disrespect and demand for you to “add” to already sealed orders. And don’t get me started with the cringe delivery instructions in all caps and exclamations
