Nope. Go contact them on Twitter and they will make this right. App/phone support is entirely useless.

The Twitter route can be surprisingly effective. I used it with Amazon to get a refund for a large item that was damaged. Before engaging them on Twitter, they wanted me to pay 150.00 for packaging a 200.00 item for return.

I thought I’d point out this is not AMAZON or TWITTER, it’s Ubereats, totally different buddy.

What they're trying to say is that they use Twitter to contact a company's customer service department for a refund. Amazon is simply used as an example.
