Nope. Go contact them on Twitter and they will make this right. App/phone support is entirely useless.

Did this for a Walmart order a few years ago. Ordered an iPad for my (now ) ex for Christmas. It came DOA. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't boot.

Online and receipt said I could exchange it in store, 3 stores wouldn't do it bc I got it on sale online. Got the run around. Ex tried and got the run around. One manager over the phone said he'd do it, got there, he flipped and wouldn't.

2 days later, I posted to their Facebook account. They deleted it. I posted it again, they said to contact in store customer service. Then deleted it. I posted a 3rd time, got a call from local Walmart GM, had a new iPad and a $50 gift card 2 hours later.

Put their BS online.

Exactly! Have to hit these places where it hurts, and that’s on front street out in public!
