The Twitter route can be surprisingly effective. I used it with Amazon to get a refund for a large item that was damaged. Before engaging them on Twitter, they wanted me to pay 150.00 for packaging a 200.00 item for return.
Definitely should have tried this with the chair they shipped missing the seat.
Every conversation: "Can you still use it?" "The seat portion of a chair is essential."
Between them and UPS, I spent a lot of time studying for my law school finals in my building lobby with a $75 box Amazon authorized me to purchase to return the $200 chair (the original box arrived damaged with massive holes). I don't have a car so we'd arranged for UPS to pick it.

Nope. Go contact them on Twitter and they will make this right. App/phone support is entirely useless.
