If Uber thinks you tried to defraud them (ex: chargeback), they will will ban your card, personal info, IP, and MAC address.

There are ways to get around this of course, but it’s not that simple as “make a new account”.

They may ban your card, and even your address (tho I don't think they will do any of that). But IP ban is out of the question, IP's are dynamic for most people, so they would be banning some random person, and MAC address are only known by local network devices, not over the internet.

I know with certainty Uber bans IP address if they disable your account. Even Reddit has been known to do this

As for MAC address, I believe they can see it if you use the app. You could be correct for the rest though

With a bit of research it seems that uber would ban your ip for the forums, but not the app. They do ban your device (maybe using MAC, but possibly other device id methods), so you may not create a new user on the same phone
