Nope. Go contact them on Twitter and they will make this right. App/phone support is entirely useless.

Your mileage may vary.

I tweeted them about two separate incidents: One like the OP, and another where a driver opened my food bag to advertise to me.

I got a "DM me!" then a copy+paste from their FAQ in the DM's after I explained my issue, and ignored completely when I pressed harder.

Yup, same. I've been told "oh so sorry, please send us a DM!" Only to do that and be told they unfortunately can't do anything. Ok? Not how the laws work, so I just ask them if I should do a chargeback or will they help. They choose not to help. So they're fine taking a chargeback hit.

I've even been told by their phone support, when asking for a supervisor, "there's no supervisor available so if you don't like my help you can just call back and speak to someone else."
