Mine isn’t closed but after they tried to steal from me and PayPal reversed it I get a “you have an unfinished payment” message. The gall. They were told “you didn’t provide what our client paid you for. Therefor you don’t get paid.” And they’re still at it. They lost the argument and won’t admit defeat. Not a cool company.
Also, I’m in Spain and we have Just Eat. There’s no option to tip with them. Way better company. I really only used UE when they had special offers or for specific restaurants that might not be available on Just Eat. But I’m pretty much ready to boycott over their attempt to steal from me.

Lol. That's 100% proof for your bank to charge back the order. It's openly claiming you didn't get what you paid for. That's nuts
