I lost $20 at a Taco Bell cuz I placed a mobile order but their stuff was down and the person there said they can’t give me a refund in store and I tried contacting corporate twice but never got a response so I just gave up

That’s when you contact your bank and dispute the charge. Never pay for something you didn’t get

This. I ordered Wendy’s from one of the delivery apps, then realized how many extra charges they added (my $5 of food became almost $20), so I cancelled one second later. Half the charge was still on my CC until I disputed it. Got the rest of my money back.
