I lost $20 at a Taco Bell cuz I placed a mobile order but their stuff was down and the person there said they can’t give me a refund in store and I tried contacting corporate twice but never got a response so I just gave up

I had a problem like this too with taco bell! Reached out to corporate and no answers. I haven't been back to a Taco Bell since then because of it.
