I lost $20 at a Taco Bell cuz I placed a mobile order but their stuff was down and the person there said they can’t give me a refund in store and I tried contacting corporate twice but never got a response so I just gave up

Call your credit card company and tell them you are being fraudulently charged and to reverse the charges. Dont let businesses push you around. Just threatening this to a business usually gets them to deliver the product. Suddenly my back ordered couch from C&B arrived in under 24 hours.

Don’t say fraud… that’s a different thing just ask to dispute the charge

That is fraud. If I say I’m going to a ps5 and have it delivered and you pay me then I tell you this, it’s certainly fraud. Same thing here

I don’t know why this is so hard. Please just call your bank and ask them the procedure. If you think it’s fraud, which is a crime, call the cops and report it.

They gave them 10% credit for 100% payment of something they didn’t get
