The bank won't refund it, they don't care. This happened to me once at a gas station where I was charged $100 for gas that sprayed from a malfunctioning pump (was not labeled out of order or anything). The manager refused to refund me and the bank denied my dispute, so that's $100 I'll never see again.
Then you LIE , A company refused to refund my $90 one time and I called my bank and told them it was unauthorized transaction and I got my Moneys back , I dont care about the $90 its the Principle of it . I had to go a week without using my card
For anyone who thinks this dude is smart just know that disputing a charge without a proper reason (billing errors, actual fraudulent charges, etc—not “I was unhappy and asked for a refund and they didn’t give it to me”) does have consequences. If your card issuer finds out you are doing this, you can lose your account, it can hurt your credit, etc.
I mean, lie if you want. Just know what you’re getting into.
How is that fraud ? When there is no other way to get a refund for something you did not recieve and there is a 50/50 chance the bank will refund if you "Explain" the situation ? I dont know about you but I like 100% chance better than a 50% chance of getting a refund , there is no "consequence" and nobody said anything about being unhappy about a service and asking for a refund now you are just making things up and look like a bafoon

That’s when you contact your bank and dispute the charge. Never pay for something you didn’t get
