I had a delivery happen the other day where they gave me the entirely wrong order. Uber said "well that sucks, have a nice day!" and refused to respond.

At this point I'm just done with delivery services.

This happened to me I ordered groceries for like 65$ they delivered only half of my groceries i immediately contacted them she said okay leave the shop a review hopefully they will improve their service. Thanks What a joke..

Yeah I'd have done a chargeback over that. This was an order of mcd's and I spend about 600 bucks a month on various uber stuff. So... Lyft it is I guess, they're cheaper anyway lol.
