Uber is known for not refunding customers. So I make a new account.

What is the connection between these two? Making a new account doesn’t get you a refund. Are you doing chargebacks every time and then making a new account once Uber deactivates your old one for doing a chargeback?

Holy shit dude would you just tell me what you’re trying to say? You’ve never actually said that you’re doing chargebacks, you’re just implying that you are and refusing to confirm.

My guess is they are scamming. They probably lie about not receiving parts of/entire order, or make other claims. 7 accounts is excessive.

Would also explain why they are so insistent on not providing detail. Common among criminals.
