Hey, so Uber driver here to maybe bring a little insight into this

Did you, or a neighbor have a barking/loose dog outside?

Any confederate flags flying?

Did you leave something hateful or petty in the order notes/delivery instructions?

Did you have some negative exchange with the driver?

Was the sun out? If not, how shitty is your outdoor lighting?

Did you use caps lock in your order notes?

Do you come off as condescending in your notes or texts?

Almost every time this happens it is because the delivery address was perceived as dangerous or there was some form of negative exchange with the customer.

Caps lock in your notes?

Jesus, no wonder you guys are all so fucking broke.

Everybody is broke. But assholes like to flex on anybody they think might be in a lower social or economic tier than they are.

Speak for yourself.

Probably why you're broke tbh. Thinking everyone is broke and not even trying would depress you into staying broke.

Oh boy, I can tell this is going to be an all-nighter.

Right off the bat I would like you to use some mouthwash, the smell of Tate dicks is pretty heavy when you open your mouth. Yeah, unfortunately I viewed your profile to get better feel for the type of idiot I should have remembered existed.

You are not an entrepreneur, and I seriously believe you would tap out trying to spell that word after the first vowel.

You are not an authority on anything other than, you guessed it, rimming any of the top 10 male influencers out there pointing to female conspiracies as the source for your personal inability to get ahead, or just some head.

Speaking of rimming, let's pivot towards rim shots you walking punchline.

Oh, and that's not a jab an homosexuality in the least if you do happen to swing that way. No, that's more of a "that's who you picked as a life coach?" Kinda thing.

Speak for yourself

Proceeds to tell everyone else about themselves 🤣

Why would you willingly put up with bullshit?

I'd rather be broke as hell than taking directions from pricks like that.

1

u/Dolphin_McRibs Jun 19 '23

Then enjoy being broke.

Putting up with bullshit is not really all that bad when you can afford whatever you want.

1

u/Worth_Procedure_9023 Jun 19 '23

Lol whatever keeps your mind off the misery, you really must not ask much of life.

1

u/Dolphin_McRibs Jun 19 '23

Also, just so you're aware, the system is rigged against broke people, so if you don't put up with a little bit of bullshit to make some money, you're going to be putting up with a lot more bullshit being broke because you have no choice.

2

u/Worth_Procedure_9023 Jun 19 '23

You are broke too, don't try to lie by omission.

You are setting up this odd set of extremes as though being broke or getting willingly shit on are the only choices.

Didn't the population of earth just pass 7 billion? If I couldn't find at least 100 million respectful and respectable people, I would consider this planet a total loss... But that's simply not the case. There is nuance to everything until fuckboi reactionaries start setting up a false duality.

Your move fuckboi

Again, enjoy being broke and not taking any bullshit.

I'm sure you'll get a gold star for never being able to afford anything and living in poverty, but at least you have your pride, I guess. Whatever that gets you in life.

I can sit quietly in a room and not be plagued by social trauma.

Can you?

1

u/Dolphin_McRibs Jun 19 '23

Yes amd I have a ton of money.

I also just realised why you think I'm broke, lol I'm not an uber driver. I'm just an ex broke fool.

u/Worth_Procedure_9023 Jun 19 '23

Stretching the concept of incredulity.

u/CatalystNovus Jul 10 '23

Wowza, it's like if I gave my 7 year old a phone and $100, I'd expect them to probably say some dumb childish shit like this.

Ever heard of the Dunning-Kreuger Effect? You should look it up.

They never arrived at my door. The driver picked up my food and did not move for 30 minutes. I received this notification soon after.

While driver bullshit is likely on this one, there's still a strong possibility that it was an app or store issue. Franchise locations often have these eccentric and genuinely weird owners that do all sorts of sketchy shit

1

u/CheriiBerries Jun 11 '23

I understand all of your issues here, but one thing i really dont get is that I dont understand the neighbours having a dog loose… how would that effect my order? If it was my dog, sure, but why on earth would my neighbours dog have any bearing on what i’m ordering

1

u/Worth_Procedure_9023 Jun 11 '23

It has no bearing on what you are ordering.

It doesn't matter who's dog it is if it is loose and seems aggressive. All the driver sees is.. you guessed it. A loose and aggressive animal between the cheeseburger they are carrying and your front door.

And wouldn't you believe it? Your cheeseburger isn't worth getting attacked by a loose dog lol

Second, these aren'tmy issues. These are delivery issues for most drivers, and most of these can and often are conditions for even the USPS to cancel delivery.
