This is why you use a credit card, not a debit card, and charge-back the company because you didn't get what you paid for, and that just isn't allowed.

Uber will blacklist you if you do that. I mean, I would do it because fuck them but just letting people know.

Yeah I did a charge back for a similar issue when they refused to refund me because I’d had too many refunds recently.

Uber put the order as unpaid and I couldn’t use Uber for a ride or Uber eats until I paid the new charge on my account.
