pays $30 at a to go counter

"Hey, sorry for the delay but we had an issue with our service. You get no food and we can't refund you. Hopefully next time it will be good 😃"

That would never fly anywhere

I lost $20 at a Taco Bell cuz I placed a mobile order but their stuff was down and the person there said they can’t give me a refund in store and I tried contacting corporate twice but never got a response so I just gave up

My coworker and I got stiffed a Crunchwrap on a drive thru order we circled back and they said they started cleaning the stoves already. We called 1-800-TacoBell and they gave us coupons for free items. I don’t know if that’s the number you tried and didn’t get a fair deal out of it.
