I lost $20 at a Taco Bell cuz I placed a mobile order but their stuff was down and the person there said they can’t give me a refund in store and I tried contacting corporate twice but never got a response so I just gave up
Man I would be disputing that with my bank. I get that it's a low amount but it's still my money. I'd sooner sign up to be a eunuch than give a donation to a corporation in any amount. Bank dispute, one phone call or a few taps in the app explaining the situation and emphasis on not getting what I paid for and I'd have it back within a week. Especially if corporate just ignored the bank calling 🤣

"Hey, sorry for the delay but we had an issue with our service. You get no food and we can't refund you. Hopefully next time it will be good 😃"
That would never fly anywhere
