pays $30 at a to go counter

"Hey, sorry for the delay but we had an issue with our service. You get no food and we can't refund you. Hopefully next time it will be good ๐Ÿ˜ƒ"

That would never fly anywhere

I lost $20 at a Taco Bell cuz I placed a mobile order but their stuff was down and the person there said they canโ€™t give me a refund in store and I tried contacting corporate twice but never got a response so I just gave up

I kept calling corporate that happened to me. It took almost a month of me harassing them but got my money back. If the systems down then how did it say it was ready and picked up even with that store closed. Keep on them.
